Information entered must match the prescription given to you by a Registered Eyecare Professional 2. We reserve the right not to fulfill your order if we are unable to verify your prescription 3. Customers must certify that he/she had not advised by a Optometrist NOT to wear or STOP wearing prescribed contact lenses. 4. By ordering online, you grant permission to Contactlens4U to contact their Optometrist to verify their prescription and other information. 5. Customers already wearing prescribed contact lenses successfully and your order must be the same contact lenses. We accept NO responsibility for any lack of suitability to wear contact lenses by customers. 6. By ordering online, you agree to accept shipment for the selected products , and agree to pay by the method indicated on your order. 7.
